Jack is the driving force behind GRIT Performance Gym. At just 25, he already brings eight years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, starting his journey at only 17 years old with a simple goal: to help people build confidence, strength, and long-lasting consistency in their lives.

Over the years, Jack has trained a wide range of clients — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — and has continually developed his knowledge and coaching skills. He is now a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, giving him advanced expertise in movement mechanics, performance training, and helping people unlock their full physical potential.

Jack helped create GRIT with a clear vision: to create a premium, results-driven environment for people who want change and are committed to bettering themselves. His coaching style is knowledgeable, supportive, and focused on long-term progress, not quick fixes.
